im just a simple girl , im quiet , i understand everything , im funny sometimes ...and him? , i dont really know all about him , but i know that he's a good dancer, a cute guy , and smart ..i never new that a cute guy like him , can possibly have a crush on me .. onetime at a HRPTA meeting, her sister and i got to talk , her sis told me that her kuya ( him ) has a crush on me , well at first im very flattered , but then i ask her " why did he like me ? " and she said " he likes bcoz your beautifull .. so i said " ohh ok " .. and starting that day he always sends me regards .. almost EVERYDAY .. and i just response "send my regards also" ..We have our preparation for out entramurals , all the time he was stairing at me even if hes far , i snap a look to him also, bcoz i thinks im starting to like him ..my classmates are so bad,they always teas me when he's near to me " my bff says "when he court you , you should say Yes bcoz he has everything for me, hes smart , and totally cute !" .and atlast our Entramurals has come , and that day also, he talked to me he said " can i walk you home? " and then i say " what? do you have a car? lol , and he answered "no,but i can walk you home, so that we can talked quietly just the two of us " , and i say " nothing at all " , im so nervous i can't think what am i suppose to say , so i leave without saying enything to him , .. and then he followed me,when i was walking , .. i get so nervous and flattered , i said to myself " oh my gosh , hes following me .. what should i do ? " he ask me " are you catholic? " .. i can't hardly answer her question bcoz im shy to talk to him personaly , so im just quiet walking , without answering his question , and he gave up,he go home and say " bye to me " .. i just smiled fakely .. after that conversation i realize i was wrong not to talk or answer him ! , i think i cried that night , thinking of him , im worried that hes mad at me .. in the morning i got to school early . hes mad he cant hardly talk to me anymore , hes not sending regards , and the worst thing is when im around he walks away.. i asked myself "what i did was so bad" .. i've been trying to say sorry to him , but he did'nt accept it , instead he says " why would she say sorry,shes not worth it .. but i think that time his feelings for me is still there ,but hes just so angry to accept my sorry .. well i dont blame him because what i did was really really wrong , in front of her classmate i didnt answer or talk to him , even smiled at him .. i didnt do .. and starting that day our story ends .. and me?? i still have this damn feeling for him , and him?? i dont know .. but sometimes i feel that he still likes me ,coz he still stairs at me .. and i know that .. well im just hoping that oneday we'll be friends again , like the past .. New York – April 1, 2008 – Nickelodeon's 2008 Kids' Choice Awards (KCAs) set a big, slime-induced ratings record on Saturday, March 29 (8-9:30 p.m. ET/PT), by becoming the biggest KCAs to date for kids 2-11 and total viewers (P2+), outranking last year's record-breaking show. The 2008 KCAs earned the number-one spot on all of television for the week with kids and tweens as well as the top spot on cable with total viewers. Hosted by Jack Black, the 2008 Awards also set a record online by leading Nick.com to its most trafficked day and bringing in an unprecedented 89.3 million votes across various Nick digital platforms.
With kids 2-11, the show earned a 10.9/3.8 million K2-11, a +6% increase over last year's telecast which was hosted by Justin Timberlake and had previously ranked as the highest-rated Kids' Choice Awards in the show's history. The show has steadily increased in ratings and delivery each year since 2003.
This year's telecast also garnered a 13.7/2.9 million kids 6-11 and a 12.5/2.7 million tweens 9-14. A record 7.4 million total viewers (P2+) tuned into the show, a +22% increase over last year and the show's biggest overall audience ever. In addition, the telecast was the most-watched ever among all core demos including kids 2-11 (+11% over 2007), kids 6-11 (+2%), and tweens 9-14 (+4%).
More kids voted this year than ever for this year's KCAs, with 89.3 million votes cast, which is +119% over 2007 and more than double last year's record. The March 29 event boosted Nick.com to its highest trafficked day ever, with 1.7 million unique visitors, 40 minutes spent on the site per visitor for the day, and more than 27.1 million page views. Votes were cast in a total of 18 categories on Nick.com (http://www.nick.com), Nicktropolis (http://www.nicktropolis.com) and through Nick's mobile website (wap.nick.com), from March 3 to March 29.
Nick.com's KCA-themed Game of the Week, "KCA Amped," launched on March 20 and generated nearly 900,000 game plays in just over a week. In addition, TurboNick, Nickelodeon's broadband video player on Nick.com, served as the fully interactive home of KCAs, giving kids an insider's look at the orange carpet arrivals, backstage, the show and after party. The TurboNick telecast, which also aired within Nicktropolis, garnered 289,000 streams, a +81% increase over last year.

Disney’s High School musical franchise will attempt to make the transition from small screen to big screen this year, when High School Movie 3: Senior Year enters theaters on October 24th. While I’m much too old to understand all the hoopla over this thing, and much too young to have kids excited about it, I have to say… it looks like Disney is on the right track. The challenge in transitioning a made for TV project to the cinema is in finding a way to make it cinematic. Judging from the new pictures Disney has just released from the film, they’re on the right track. Some of these images are downright sharp. Glossy, gorgeous even. Plus, I have a weird weakness for bowler hats. I don’t wear them mind you, I just wish I could. Carly Shay

Carly Shay (played by Miranda Cosgrove) is a sarcastic, young, bold 14-year old who is the star of her own webshow (helped by her two friends, Sam Puckett and Freddie Benson), iCarly.She lives with her 26-year old brother Spencer.Her father is a marine and is stationed in a submarine underwater.Her grandfather lives only 90 minutes away in Yakima.The mother's status is unknown. She and her friend's become celebrity's on the internet as well as in the city they leave in which is Seattle. This situation helps them get out of sticky situations like in iWantDetention when there evil teacher Mr. Howard does horrible things to them in detention, there principal, Principal Franklin, see's the whole thing while he is watching the webshow at home! Carly Shay is the kindest character in the bunch as she defends her friends and can get people out of sticky situations fast!! i.e in iHaveToDateYou? she defends Freddie when their history teacher Ms. Arkman is dumped by her boy friend and is mean to her class and "criticizes" Freddie because of his gender. Of Course, Carly defends him which gets herself in trouble with the principal!

Samantha "Sam" Puckett

Sam Puckett (played by Jennette McCurdy) is best friends with Carly and Freddie but often torments Freddie for her own fun. Sam is Carly's co-host on iCarly. She has said that she hates work of any kind, She is also known to have read only 4 books her entire life: Boogie Bear, Boogie Bear 2, and Boogie Bear 3: The Return of Boogie Bear. They are presumably picture books. She reads her fourth, Penny Treasure, in the episode, iFence. She has a picture of music stars, most notably Drake Bell, in her locker. She also likes Tom Higgenson of the Plain White T's, as found out in one episode. She likes ham, beef jerky, pork chops, bacon, barbecuedribs, and bacon flavored bubble gum very much. Sam is extremely aggressive, obnoxious, and rebellious. Sam has a tendency to commit theft and break-ins (she can expertly pick a lock and takes people's food on several occasions) in addition to editing school records (in the episode iPromise Not to Tell) . Sam spends most of her time at Carly's house, and makes herself at home there in order to avoid her mother, who is an extremely poor caregiver. In the episode "iScream on Halloween", it is also said that her mom cooks her dinner only twice a year. Sam is almost always in detention, and it is told in iStakeout that around half of her family members are what she says is "dangerous". Sam and Carly became friends over a tuna sandwich. In third grade, Sam asked Carly if she could have her sandwich. Carly responded, "No way! Get your own!" Sam pushed her down and got the sandwich but Carly rebounded by pushing her back and retrieving her sandwich. Sam smiled, sat down, and said, "You're all right." After hearing this story, Freddie said, "Wow. Even back then you were obnoxious and aggressive." Carly and Sam's friendship anniversary is on "the twenty-fifth" though the month is never said. In iCarly Saves TV, a dinosaur named "Zeebo" joins the show against their will when iCarly becomes a TV show and often bumps his co-hosts. Sam, annoyed, asks the microphone to be lowered, and when it is, she grabs it and starts beating him up. In one episode, it was mentioned by Carly that Sam may be annoying and obnoxious, but she doesn't lie. In a later episode, iPromise Not to Tell, Sam clearly states that she can lie and feel nothing at all.

Fredward "Freddie" Benson
Main article: Freddie Benson
Freddie Benson (played by Nathan Kress) is Carly's other best friend. He and Carly's other friend, Sam, fight constantly and portray a love/hate relationship and tries to insult Sam and try not to get hurt. He is the tech producer of iCarly, and also Carly's across-the-hall neighbor. Freddie has a crush on Carly, and is something of a pushover because of it (though he does have his limits), he will do virtually anything for Carly including making her crush sing better on iCarly (as seen on iLike Jake). Freddie is a tech-whiz who can do almost anything with a computer. His mother is extremely precautionary and paranoid, and forces Freddie to do outrageous sanitary tasks, including signing a contract saying that he shampooed twice after every shower, and rubbing anti-tick and 'cloudblock' lotion on him. His mother does not approve of him spending as much time as he does at Carly's loft. He is also forced to take a tick bath once every other week. In iStakeout, his mom called him Fredward. In iFence, it is revealed that Freddie is an amazing fencer and fencing uns in Freddie's family istory. Also revealed in iFence is the fact that Freddie's last name of Benson is his mother's surname instead of his father's. There may have been an unintentional "goof" when writing this episode as she is referred to as Mrs. Benson, indicating that this is in fact her married name and not her maiden name. This may mean that Freddie was adopted by his mother or Mrs. Benson's maiden name was also Benson (people do marry other people who have the same last name). It is unknown about his father's status.

Spencer Shay
Main article: Spencer Shay
Spencer Shay (played by Jerry Trainor) is Carly's 26-year-old brother and legal guardian. His guardianship is put to the ultimate test when the Shays' grandfather visits them and insists that Carly live with him in Yakima, ninety minutes away. This sentiment stems from Spencer's fondness for sculpting going awry, when his sculpture "fan of hammers", malfunctions and a component hammer narrowly misses Carly. Spencer comes through, however, by insisting that Carly be equipped with asthma medication though, as has been shown above, she has not required its use in several years. It is revealed in the episode iWanna Stay With Spencer that he dropped out of law school to become an artist, and is usually seen working on a new sculpture. He stated that he stayed in law school for 3 days, as shown in iPromote Techfoots. He is kind, goofy and caring, and his nickname is Spence. He is also single, as he is seen dating or hitting on women in various episodes. The last woman he dated was actually Carly's History teacher. Spencer then broke up with her after he realizes that she is crazy, and then she was arrested by the FBI for downloading 500 songs illegally on Spencer's pear pod. He also spends much of his time at the local junkyard, gathering supplies for sculptures. He has many glowing, colorful, and bright socks, provided by his friend Socko, and a glowing, colorful, and bright tie, provided by Socko's brother, Tyler (the joke being that Socko sounds like "sock" and Tyler sounds like "tie") It is supposed to be sarcastic but Spencer doesn't see it as funny.

Here’s some more scoopage on Disney darling Vanessa Hudgens’s interview with Cosmogirl via ET.
Apparently in the middle of the interview, costar boyfriend Zac Efron walks in. The interviewer writes, “When [Vanessa] sees Zac, she runs over and they kiss, oblivious to the dozen of us in the room. She rubs his stomach, he puts his arm around her — these gestures say more than any statement she could make.”

Vanessa, 19, also shared her viewpoint on love: “If you really love someone, you shouldn’t have to work at it. You finish each others’ sentences and have the same sense of humor… You have to think it through, not just do something spur of the moment. So that after it happens you won’t regret it. I think girls can be infatuated with their boyfriends and they have to remember [to put themselves] first.”

It is scheduled for a theatrical release on October 24, 2008. Kenny Ortega returns as director and choreographer and all six primary actors from the previous two films will reprise their roles

Plot
Now high school seniors, Troy Bolton Zac Efron and Gabriella Montez Vanessa Hudgens are facing the prospect of being separated from each other as they go off in different directions when graduating from East High. Joined by the rest of the Wildcats, including Sharpay Evans (Ashley Tisdale), Ryan Evans (Lucas Grabeel), Chad Danforth (Corbin Bleu), and Taylor McKessie (Monique Coleman), they stage an elaborate spring musical reflecting their experiences, hopes and fears about the future.

Casting
An international casting call went out to find three new sophomore "Wildcats". This resulted in the casting of Matt Prokop, Justin Martin, and Jemma McKenzie-Brown. Commenting on the announcement, Ortega said, "Peter Barsocchini’s exciting script for ‘High School Musical 3’ called for the addition of three sophomore characters, so we set out on a massive casting search across North America and England to find just the right young actors to play the parts. We think these talented performers will bring lots of humor, new twists, and musical fun to the film. Jemma was one of the many young actresses that we met in London, and she impressed us with her singing and dancing, in addition to being very exciting and effervescent. Matt has a terrific personality, and a great sense of comedy and fun. And Justin had a great presence and charisma, besides being a wonderful comedic actor who could really dance. I am confident that the three new actors joining our original cast will help to bring great musical thrills, surprises and a lot of fun to Senior Year and the halls of East High."

Development
In February 2007, Disney announced plans for a 2008 feature film sequel with a Halloween theme dubbed "Haunted High School Musical." In September 2007, Disney announced that they had scrapped plans for the Halloween theme and instead will focus on the senior year of key characters at East High. According to Yahoo news, the original writer from the first two films, Peter Barsocchini, is writing the script for the third part in the High School Musical series. The original producers and director/choreographer Kenny Ortega are also on board, which Ortega confirmed in an interview with Access Hollywood.
Zac Efron was quoted in People Magazine as saying, "I can tell you that if the script is good and if we all agree on a final script, then there's nothing that is going to hold us back from doing it. We have fun making these movies and that's very rare in this business."
Rumors persisted of ongoing salary disputes between Disney and the lead performers, particularly Efron. According to Rachel Abramowitz, as reported online by the Chicago Tribune, "an eclectic cross-section of Hollywood insiders think Efron should get a cool $5 million for High School Musical 3, the theatrical version of the franchise, which Disney hoped to make before the Writers Guild and Screen Actors Guild strike shut down Hollywood for several months. Efron declined to comment for the article, and although contract negotiations still are ongoing, sources say Efron is being offered a salary closer to $3 million, not $5 million, for the follow-up, which focuses on senior year at East High. Whatever the price, he's still perceived as a steal.
Ortega stated that pre-production would most likely start in January 2008. Filming began May 3, 2008, at East High School in Salt Lake City, Utah. He stated that the script had been submitted before the Writers strike started and that they were developing music. He added that filming will happen in Salt Lake City, Utah (as the first two films), hinted that the plot will be something of the nature of the Wildcat's final year in High School and stated "it looks like we've rounded up the cast."
Before filming began, the HSM3 board and cast held a press conference at East High School announcing the start of filming. The movie will be released in theaters (in the USA) on October 24 of that year, though several countries like Great Britain will get to see the movie at least one week earlier. The film has a $13.3 million dollar budget and a 40-day shooting period. This film is said to be the final installment with the current cast.
On July 13, 2008, the official trailer premiered on Disney Channel and ABC Family. It also premiered on Disney Channel Latin America the same day, and on internationals Disney Channels on July 14, 2008.
